    We need to try to think n this man's perspective too. Why does he have
to advertise himself like this when there's an IT boom :-b in India ?????
     The problem clearly lies in the habit of Indians to go overboard. We
know IT is ruling but we cant develop good quality edu programs, engineering
colleges other than the so called miniscule IITs and RECs are considered C
class ! I mean give me a break, the premier engineering colleges dont even
produce 10% of IT workforce !!! Correct me if I am wrong.
     While the states in South have tried to mend their ways by giving engg.
edu a lift, the condition is abysmal here in the North. So called Govt.
engg. colleges dont have any placements, they are run just for the sake of
engraving ministers names on the foundation and all the crap. There are
scams everywhere.
     It would do the Linux community good if instead of demoralising this
young man, they try to think into the root problem and even help bright
engineers like him get a decent livelihood. Otherwise he wont have any
alternative than to goto US for higher education. I wonder what the
ingenious Dewang Mehta has to say about this. Last week he aptly put forward
the hypothesis that India lacks quality IT professionals. Do you think that
quality professionals are only from the IITs?????
