That (the LI website) is linux-india.ORG, which, as you say, is hosted on
exocore (with Atul and KD as the whois contacts).  It points to the regular LI
website.

linux-india.COM is also pointing to the exocore server (203.197.173.225) but to
the exocore page - http://www.exocore.com rather than the linux-india.org site.

It was created on December 28, 2000.  The DNS is on register.com and Atul / KD
are not the whois contacts (this domain is registered by someone called Chandu
Eati <chandu@xxxxxxxxxxxx>)
