You also need the mars-nwe package installed and running.

rpm -i /path/to/redhat/cd/mars-nwe-*.rpm
/etc/rc.d/init.d/mars-nwe start

You might also need to edit /etc/nwserv.conf and set the IPX net number,
device and frame there before starting mars-nwe. There is a really
helpful IPX HOWTO somewhere, go through it.

After you have mars-nwe running, you can mount novell exported volumes
on your linux server.
