unable to install mandrake 7.2

Hi,
i am unable to install mandrake 7.2 as it stops after hdb:atapi cdrom drive.
should i change anything in bios to rectify the same.i already have 7.1
mandrake running now.also are there any specific bios settings for linux
installation generally??
