mailing list License [a suggession]

I have a suggession.

why don't we popularise use of a header such as
X-Mail-License : 
which could either be as short as mine.
"Copyleft under GPL version 2.0"

or a http address telling the licence governing the mail
in detail so if some one wants to use any part of the main 
without getting in trouble.

and also every one will have his/her freedom to
do whatever s/he does with his/her mail.
