Ever bought a branded PC and didn't use the pre-loaded windoze it came with? If that's the case, you have the right to demand a refund for the same. Just came across this interesting movement today at http://www.linuxmall.com/refund
Looks interesting, but...although I didn't read the terms fully, it says you have never used the pre-installed Windows, and hence not accepted Microsoft's Terms of Usage,etc......looks pretty vague.
