REMARKS     : The plugins allow a user to browse ISCII sites, in their local
            : fonts on their machine. Plugin works for Netscape and Internet 
            : Explorer. (Thus, on the server side, all the texts can be
            : kept in ISCII, and the client side can view and operate on them in
            : their local fonts/word processors. This can solve the problem
            : of downloading fonts everytime you visit a site.)
