I've added some PHP stuff to enable web based subscription to the List via chennailug.org. Prabhu, excuse me for the mails under the name test@xxxxxxxxx

This has not been added to chennailug.org direct (so that if there are any serious bugs it doesn't affect THE visitors) All this is available only at:
