x cursor - update

Hello all,

ive finally got around to change my cursor! thanx
Prabhu for your advice.. but im still not very happy.
i wasnt able to find a white cursor pointing to the
left (which i think was the default cursor) and the
cursor dosent change whenever i resize windows... 

looks like i need to trace the startup procedures some
more :)

and btw, im currently running gnome with enlightenment
as the window manager. just removed kde* .
