Nope, don't go for it if you have option.

problem is that they give the following long long long header cum ad at
the start of every mail.

then the actual message start. then at the footer is another 2 or 3
lines of deja.

hence, in outlook or NS Messenger, the message body pan gets covered by
this ad and you have to necessarily scroll down to read the message. it
is very irritating.
