PHP4 is out

Hi all,

   For all you server side scripters out there, PHP4 is out. The complete
   list of changes can be found here :

   Zend optimiser is thrown in for free, and according to the site,
   PHP4 is 2 - 10 times faster than PHP3, and the optimiser will
   increase performance from 40% to 100%
