Thats not very complicated at all.
Name-based VH in Apache can be setup with just one IP, provided you have
the DNS settings for all these doamins pointing to this same IP.
You can refer to the /manual of your apache install home or look up the
commented VH part in the httpd.conf sample that comes with install.

One thing to keep in mind is that from 1.3.X Apache, the 1st defined site
becomes the default - so the sequence has to be arranged that way. You can
(optionalyy) have separate config and logs for each doamin.
