xwin32 error

While trying to access redhat linux box which is running a web server from
a remote place thru internet im getting the following error 

 im having a perl script running which has name admin.pl.
the domain which im running is focus.dynip.com and xdm is running in that
server and im using xwin32 server from windows machine to connect to linux
box. 


xdmcp session failed 21840008 failed for display admin:0: cannot open for
display.
