Hi!

Yes such hardware is available. This hardware will have an option wherein
you can connect a monitor and keyboard and share it between two or more
machines using a switch-over knob,  but I have not come across a setup
wherein even a mouse is shareable.

You should be able to pick up one of these pieces on Richie Street. Please
do
let me know if you find an arrangement which allows even the mouse to be
shareable.
