hi,

what you need is a keyboard/monitor/mouse switch. yes, such a beast is
available in india, though i dont know if it is available locally. i see
it advertised in several computer magazines. i believe one of the biggest
applications for this is (surprise?!) in the unix environment - linux
environment - beowulf clusters. basically it is a little box with 4 to 1
switching (ie) four computers can be connected in turn with a single
keyboard, mouse and monitor. in the 'how to build a beowulf' recipe, it
indicates that one can cascade these boxes (so 1+4 = 5 boxes can control
16 machines etc).
