Magic Garden: Explained

Hi Folks,
I am trying to get hold of the book
"The Magic Garden Explained : The Internals of Unix System V Release
4" by Berny GoodHeart. I checked on Amazon and they say the book is out of print. Can
anybody help me with obtaining a copy of it. Or if anybody has a copy
of it, I would be glad if they could lend me the book for sometime.
Or can anybody suggest another book which is as good as the above one
?  Does the book by Uresh Vahalia cover the same topic or is it
different ?
