this depends on the kind of server you are using.. if u use apache, u can
use the mod_cookie to track users to your site using cookies, or u can use
the http-referrer attribute in your log files to track user.. this wud
require u to use a log file analyser to track the users... something like
web trends pro.. also if u wan't to write code yourself, u can write a
cgi/php3/asp/jsp/servlet/etc code that can output a small invisible image or
iframe to all your pages, and which can use cookies to track the users..
