Help me....... I am newbie for Linux.

I am using REDHAT LINUX 6.0 on Celeron 333 Mhz Computer with 4.2 GB Hard
Disk. I have GNOME/KDE as my Desktop. I visited www.mpegtv.com to download
the software to play VCD, but i could not determine which one would be
suitable for me. Secondly how to install this software.

Any help would be highly appreciated.
