[LI] Please undo utf-7 setting
Jiju, I think the person to whom you responded in the message below was
the one who set his mailer charset to utf-7. That may be what's causing
those codes to appear for certain characters (e.g. +AD4-). But your own
response message was also set to utf-7, while other messages from you
are not. Did the original utf-7 message cause your reply to also go out
in utf-7?
