[LI] Load Balancing!!!!

Hello,
I want to aceive the following scenierio.
I have a local network on 192.168.42.0.
i have taken one 64 kbps leased line from vsnl with
which i got 16 global IP's .
Now my setup is as follows.
1) i have setup the cisco route (2 wan port) serial 0
with on of the ip from vsnl.

2) I aliased my linux server RH6.1 eth0 "192.168.42.1"
to another global ip fronm vsnl.

3) gave the default gw as the router serial0 ip.

4)for the rest i use http proxy for lan to access the
net.

Now i have taken another 64 leased line from Satyam.
It has also given me another set of 16 global ips.
Nowi hav given the serial 1 of the route to one of the
ip of the satyam Leased line.

Now how should i make my routing tables so that even
if on of the line is down it should not have any
probs.
I want ot do load balancing.
Aslo what should be my default gateway.
Cause if i give default gw as either of the router
serial (0 or 1 ) on that line is utilised the other
line is not utilised.

Help needed urgent!!!!!!
