Hi there,
Mysteriously, this has been happening after I upgraded sendmail. Earlier
version was working fine. ;-(
I *have* run sendmailconfig as you know I am running Debian and it
configures for me during the
installation itself.
Well, sendmail is running as a daemon only and not from Inetd !!
The funniest thing whatever mails I get are getting stuck in the queue.
Only the outgoing mails are not
in the queue now. they get delivered almost immediately.
No matter whether I send it as avenger or 'avenger@xxxxxxxxxxxx'.
I am unable to understand what the prob is ??
Any light on this ??
The headers don't give out much !!
THe only thing they give out is mailer= local, stat = Deferred ;-(
When I run sendmail -bv -v avenger
I get
avenger.... deliverable: mailer local, user avenger. So what does that
mean now ? ;-(
Can anyone help me out here ??
Bachao !! Koi Mujhe Err.... Mere Mail server ko Bachao !!!
TiA
Khader
