[LI] question regarding samba

hi 
my questions  are 
1. what all one need to do to see multiple linux or unix
   machines in the domain if on only one samba is running.
2. i have setup ftp server which is there in 6.1 .people are able to ftp
and download but it is not asking for any password authentication (i want
it to be anonymous login one)
