[LI] incoming email problem

I face some problem to download email from server.
I use fetchmail .
please help me to solve this problem.

fetchmail: mailbox selection failed
fetchmail: client/server synchronization error while fetchmailing from
            pop3.globalctg.net
123 message for nestar at pop3.globalctg.net(203481 octets)
reading message 1 of 123(16201 octets) .fetchmail:SMTP connection to
       localhost failed.
fetchmail: SMTP transaction error which fetching from pop3.globalctg.net
fetchmail: query status=10
