Several good reasons, all of which have been covered before in this list:

- The graphical installed is a memory hog, especially in low memory
situations. Typically, typing "text" at the boot prompt when booting off
the CD will result in an installation process that takes about half the
time of the graphical one.

- RHL 6.1 is much bigger than RHL 5.2.

- The dependency checking in RHL 6.x is much stricter than that of 5.2.

BTW - in an interesting private discussion recently (actually more of a
NT-vs-Linux flamewar) someone actually used RHL's graphical installer as
an example to prove that servers should not needlessly run GUIs, and that
at least with Linux/Unix, you have a choice! ;-)
