[LI] Time consumption in RH6.1 installation

     In RH5.2,6.0 the actual coping of packages during
installation used to take 15 to 20 minutes while in RH
6.1 it takes about 1 hour typically like Unix. I
wanted to know the reason why it takes so much time
while installating RH6.1
