[LI] Problem with kmail client

I was using kmail client in RH6.0 without any problem. Now in RH6.1,
when I start kmail, i get msg as
unknown command line option: -icon /usr/share/icons/kmail.xpm
But in the location kmail.xpm is there.
when I click ok, I get only kmail composer. Then I have to goto file
menu
for getting mail reader.
How to get mail reader directly as I was getting it previously.
