Well i am not sure but it really depends upon the type of work which you'll be
taking out of your system.
If you are doing a heavy memory using work like be the X server  for many X
clients then maybe you'll still
need some swap. But if you are not using your machine for a real heavy
application then i dont think you'll need
swap.
