This is usually the "Mail System Internal Data" mail which won't be
displayed in PINE.  It is automatically generated to keep track of your
folders.

If you use mutt or elm to read your mail (or as Gandhi said - type mail at
your prompt) then you can easily see it.  Let it be, it is harmless.
