Hi Suresh

Hardware autodetection at start-up runs as a service in 
RHL 6.1 and can be disabled. It is wise to disable it
since once all the hardware is detected, you don't need
it till next upgrade.

Run 'setup' as root and disable it from System Services.
This will solve your problem.

If you change your hardware in future, you may enable it
temporarily.
