Are you running the perl scripts from your browser?
if they have html content, u ought to run it from the browser , similar to
linux.
1) Apache (or any other) Web server running.
2) the htmls in the htdocs or html, typically htis directory is inside your web
server.
3) the perls in the directory with cgi permissions, cgi-bin.
4) access.conf etc in the conf directory.

and then run as for Linux.

In case you dont have any html output, or you are comfortable watching it on
your DOS screen then type perl <program_name>.pl form the DOS prompt.

Just how did you try to run the perl scripts and where are the scripts???
