ksh does have filename completion.  Put "set -o vi" in your
.profile and use the 2 key sequence ESC \ to complete a filename.

Dont know about csh - I do know the enwer versions (like tcsh)
have it, but I have a deep-rooted aversion to csh.  I blame a guy
called Tom Christiansen :-)
