Put in your .muttrc;

send-hook linux-india@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx set hostname=whatiwant.com

And mails will go from yourloginid@xxxxxxxxxxxxx when you send to linux india.

There are umpteen other hooks in mutt, check the docs.

Suresh, I could send you my .muttrc if needed, drop a private line.
