[LI] database shutdown & startup at which level

I had installed the oracle in my linux box and i want to make it up when I
boot and shut it down before the system shutdown happens.
At which runlevel I shoould put the script for starting it up and shutiing
it down. As it has to login as oracle user to preform shutdown and
startup.
