[LI] RH PPP dialer problem

I read in the list that rh dialer in RH6.1 does not connect to vsnl
(ISP) in the first attempt and connects in the second attempt. This
happens to me always. I searched in archives with RH PPP dialer and also
RH dialer. I didn't find any suitable reply. Kindly somebody tell me how
to avoid this and get the connection in the first time itself.
