Hi Rajesh
AFAIK some programs need to run as root. i.e. is as a process
which root has called. Since dosemu needs to run as root you need
to set the "s" in which dos stands for "supervisor" so that it is
allowed to run as root. However if you are connected to a network
which is outside a firewall or needs to be secure minimize the number of
processes running as root. Remember what is running as a root also has
root privileges which can be used by an experienced "cracker" note
not "hacker"

Aditya
