[LI] Remote Printer Configuration

Hello,
  I have RH6.1 and I am in a network which has a printer.
  I tried to configure the printer using printtool.
  After giving the lpr command, I tried lpq and got the following message:
       1 entries
          0 - port busy. No info

 Also the printer which I have, was not present in the list.
  What might be the cause for this?
