[LI] kcore wasting space in /proc

Hi friends,

There is a file named kcore in /proc directory. This file is occupying
around 50MB of HDD space. Can I safely delete this file ?

It has got r______ permissions set to it, so even as root I cannot delete the
file. I will have to change the permissions.

Please help. Thanks in advance.
