[LI] how to get a whole web site off the net ?

how can i get a whole web site off the net with supplying the root say for
eg
get http://www.iltnet.com/  /home/http/iltnet/
and expect the subfolders and folders and links on the page to be intact.

any one please help

also we would like to put a mirror of the ilug site on our local web bbs,
with daily update, will it break any copyright etc? [if i hurt some one or
the lists feelings, bash me directly jijutm@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx]
