Probably you haven't installed the kernel sources. I havn't myself, its too
big for my small HDD & I am too young to read kernel sources ;)
Its sufficient to install the kernel-docs*.rpm from RHLinux 6.1 CD. The
file is
	/usr/doc/kernel-doc*/sound/OPL3-SA2.
The steps are  described much better than I can do ;)
