create an access control list(acl) . near line no. 990(approx) .. there
the defaults lists are shown make another ;ist which u want to give access
to by giving network/netmask syntax ..
then add that list to http_access method as

http_access allow newlist

similarly u can selectively deny some network also .. goodluck
