[LI] links rpm

Hi,

After reading the queries about links, the text based browser, I downloaded it
nand made it into an RPM. Can I put the RPM on a public access FTP site?
Should I put the source RPM as well? Should I tell the author about this?
Anybody here needs the RPM?
