[LI] RHL Apache distribution bug

I don't know whether this has been discussed here before...just thought i
should mention.

The RHL 6.1 distribution ...like the one on Nov PCQ CD has an installation
script bug in the apache-devel rpm

So for people who need to compile apache from the source (eg. for adding
static modules), they have to make some small changes in the apache
installation script files .
