[LI] mail server problem sendmail 8.8.x

hi all

i am having a slight confusion, we tried to configure a dial up mail server,
and succeeded in most of the part but am facing a slight disorder at one
point.

when we connect from lan or outside, to send and receive, client sw, win$
based takes toomuch time to send messages, ie between each message heavy
delay is seen.  but down loading is quite a breeze, since we are using
Qpopper.
