in such a case, u can STILL access your m/c from the net- the only hitch
is, that when u dial in, NOTE the ip address assigned to u, and send the
same to the intended user (eg. by mail, or maintain a website that maps
your ip address). but it will NOT serve the purpose of serving to the
general net community- only people knowing your iop address can be served.
