[LI] Squid Problem

I have a LINUX server running ppp and squid connected
to internet.I have windows95 as clients. When
connected to the net from clients, it gives the first
page but does n't show the next page. 

/var/log/messages file shows 

You have run out of swap file 
squid excited by .....something....something

Please help me.
