Hello there

It is because your DNS is setup with IP addresses reserved for local
networks only. Your DNS server can answer queries outside your local network
only when you are hooked on to the net or if the answer to the query is in
the cache. But for this you should add any external DNS server to your
resolv.conf file

For ex:

search prayagonline.com
nameserver 192.168.5.3
nameserver 202.54.12.17

This should work fine
