[LI] [RH5.2 to RH6.1)Cannot upgrade kernel and some packages

no reply from list members for the same query for last two times, I am
sending it to u, Please help me out)
Hi all,
    I was trying to upgrade my Redhat Linux 5.2 to 6.1. While upgrading, it
game me some errors like :
    While upgrading kernel I go error :
        failed dependencies:
                libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.0) is needed by  kernel-source-2.2.12-20
                libc.so.6(GLIBC_2.1) is needed by  kernel-source-2.2.12-20
                libm.so.6(GLIBC_2.1) is needed by  kernel-source-2.2.12-20
same error was given while upgrading the samba package.
I tried to find the said libraries on the CD but could not find.
Please help me, I want to upgrade my system.
