[LI] Network Card not working.

Dear friends
I have RH6.1 installed on my PC. My network card is 'Compex RL100ATX'. I had
it's driver source file and it was working fine with RH5.2, but after
installing 6.1 it is not working. It didn't give any problem in compiling
but when I tried insmod then it loaded with one warning MII PHY not found,
This device may not work properly.
I again booted with RH5.2 and in booting messages I saw it fonding MII PHY.
So guys please help me getiing it done for 6.1, I don't want to leave 6.1.
