[LI] Linux server - internet / intranet

Respected Linux Guru,
I have setup a Linux server RedHat 6.0, I was able to
dialing into my linux server and access Internet and a
local site(Intranet). Now I would like to restrict few
users from accessing Internet. 
How should I do that ?
