Hi John,
Though u have addressed to Atul regarding SIS6326 config file but I may
help u to some extent. 
Have u seen my posting of  XFConfig in the List? If u want, I can send
it to u personally. I am using Samtron 45Bn Monitor with SIS6326 card in
800x600 in 24bit resolution.
